Construction Enters New Phase

Construction of the middle Centenary tower is soaring to new heights as it now reaches the residential apartment floor at Level 4. The concrete floor has recently been poured and works continue upwards.

Each of the three towers will split into their own footprint from Level 4 onwards and the floor-to-floor construction cycles will be much quicker hereon.

The Tynte tower is part way through the pouring of the Level 3 concrete floor, whilst the Archer tower is part way through pouring of the Level 2 concrete floor.

The ground floor level is progressively being cleared of formwork materials which will make way for more trades to commence, and additional temporary onsite worker’s facilities to be constructed.

Below street level, exciting progress is underway in the basement levels, with blocklayers and stud partition contractors about to make a start.

The first external hoist for personnel and materials is up and running to the Centenary tower. The hoist is referred to as an Alimak, which is a specific brand and also the generic term for these hoists.

At the Tynte tower, concrete floor construction is part way through Level 3.

The Centenary tower has now reached construction of the residential apartment floor at Level 4.

The Archer tower has reached floor construction of Level 2.

Daily trade numbers are now averaging 125!
