Four floors away from full height

As Eighty Eight O’Connell rises ever upwards, you may have noticed glimpses of construction from further afield. With each apartment tower just 4 floors away from reaching full height, there is a bustling hive of activity, with around 200 trades workforce onsite daily.

Tynte Tower (North)

• Concrete slabs are now poured to level 9.
• Jump form (lift) core is poured to level 12.
• Fitout works of the apartments are ongoing and the façade works are underway on level 3.

Centenary Tower (Central)

• Concrete slabs are now poured to level 10.
• Jump form (lift) core is poured to level 12.
• Fitout works of the apartments are ongoing, while the façade works are underway on level 4 and stud walls are standing on level 3.

Archer Tower (South)

• Concrete slabs are now poured to level 8.
• Jump form (lift) core is poured to level 12.
• Fitout works have commenced setout to the apartments at level 3.
