We are thrilled to share the latest progress at Eighty Eight O’Connell.

Construction continues to move forward at a remarkable pace, achieving the set milestones across each of the apartment towers.

Here is a summary of the recent developments:

• Tower cranes have reached their full heights. The cranes give an indication of the final building height of each tower
• Fit-out trades have commenced work internally in apartments on Level 3 and Level 4
• The daily workforce has grown – now approaching 200 trades onsite
• And in one of the most exciting pieces of news – external façade works have now commenced!

At the Tynte tower, construction is part way through Level 7.

The Centenary tower has now reached construction of Level 8.

Level 6 of the Archer tower is now underway.

With so much progress now visible on site, you can imagine the escalation of interest.
