The menu focuses on high-quality ingredients and balanced, layered flavours, featuring signature dishes such as Bluefin tuna nigiri sushi with shiitake soy and smoked roe and Wagyu tataki with sukiyaki sauce, cured egg yolk, fried potato, black pepper, and kinome leaf, alongside seasonal dishes highlighting the best local produce.
