More than an address on display

On Saturday 10th October and Sunday 11th October we celebrated the public launch of Eighty Eight O’Connell. And what a weekend it was!

The doors opened to our brand-new display suite and having registered their interest, almost 250 people came through for a serious look at the quality of apartments on offer.

Our guests enjoyed coffee on arrival and freshly made pastries from Perryman’s Bakery – a true North Adelaide institution. Conveniently located just a short stroll away, it’s a place many of our residents will no doubt frequent for artisan breads and delicious treats.

The incredible project model was on display, providing a detailed look at what Eighty Eight O’Connell incorporates and enabling interested buyers to clearly see where their new home would be located and what their new outlook might be.

Our sales team, led by Georgie Taarnby, as well as our brand partner agents Toop & Toop and Klemich Real Estate were on hand to answer any questions and, for many of our guests, place formal holds on apartments.

But the true showstopper of the weekend was our display suite. This fully-furnished, two bedroom show apartment has been built to exacting specifications of the final fixtures and finishes.
