Established in 1997, Commercial and General is South Australia’s most prominent developer with $2.2 billion in projects delivered or under development. The design is led by Woods Bagot, a global, award-winning architecture studio founded in Adelaide more than 150 years ago. Spanning 17 studios across six regions, the company specialises in architecture, interiors, and master planning. It has leading experience in delivering enduring projects of scale and profile, including St Peter’s Cathedral, the SAHMRI building, and the new Aboriginal Art and Cultures Centre at Lot Fourteen.
