Reaching new heights as ‘topping out’ nears.

Exciting progress can be seen on site as we edge closer towards topping out the structure and reaching full height of the concrete slabs and lift cores.

Trade workforce numbers daily are currently in excess of 200 and will increase further in the coming months.

Some notable stats as we approach the ‘topping out’ milestone:

• Over 17,000m³ of concrete poured
• 72 major slabs pours
• Over 3,000 tonnes of reinforcement installed
• More than 300 precast panels installed

Tynte Tower (North)

• Concrete slabs now poured to level 11
• The jump form (lift) core is poured to level 13
• Main apartments fitout works are ongoing, with services trades starting on level 6 and façades are underway on level 4

Centenary Tower (Central)

• Concrete slabs now poured to level 12
• The jump form (lift) core is poured to level 14
• Main apartments fitout works are ongoing, with services trades starting on level 7, façades on level 5, and stud walls standing on level 4

Archer Tower (South)

• Concrete slabs now poured to level 10
• The jump form (lift) core is poured to level 13
• Main apartments fit out works are ongoing, with services trades starting on level 5 and façades underway on level 3
